First time using Aire Serve and was very pleased! Our air handler started making some odd noise and burnt smell, which I suspected was the blower motor. They were able to come out, perform diagnosis (confirmed blower motor), and repair all in the same day I called. Very friendly & pleasant to work with and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

This company is absolutely amazing! We are so incredibly pleased with all their hard work and dedication. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Sean, his son, and the other worker (don’t remember his name) came to fix our 30-year HVAC unit. They were honest, fair, and committed to doing all they could. They didn’t try to upsell or talk us into anything. We ended up getting a new unit because it made the most sense, but they honestly didn’t push anything. They really want their customers to be happy and comfortable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Trust me, you will NEVER be sorry for having called them.

The technician Gregg came out with a part we thought was the issue. After more analysis, it was decided that the bad part, which was very expensive, was not the issue. So we decided to let the heater run, and if it has issues again, he will come out and run a fresh new set of diagnostics. They refunded the money for the part right away, and I was very thankful that they just didn't put the part in anyway. Very professional.
